HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, simply click the “check out” button on the cart page and we will guide you through the check out process.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major payment methods including traditional credit cards as well as visa and mastercard debit cards.  

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?

Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Your payment information is transmitted directly to a secure third-party server – you can tell you're on a safe page by the padlock icon that appears on your browser.

HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We have global fulfillment centers strategically around the world that allow us to partner with local merchants who are makers and artisans so that we can provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as the USA, Spain, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Czech Republic, South Africa, China, Russia, Turkey, etc.

Our shipping includes a tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers, your item may take 14 - 33 business days (estimate) for delivery to Canada and 2 - 14 business days (estimate) for delivery to United-States. It can take up to 45 business days (estimate) for international orders (depending on location), however, from our experience most of the orders arrive within 28 business days excluding processing time. WHAT IF SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER?

Don't worry! Most of the time it happens because we work with shipping orders from the nearest fulfillment center with inventory. Sometimes, items get sent out separately and you might receive your order(s) within multiple deliveries. We do provide a tracking number for each of the orders. You will know where you order is at all times! If something still doesn't feel right, just reach out to us by emailing support@trndsetr.com and we will be more than happy to help you out.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement as we try to get orders ready to be fulfilled right away so they ship as fast as possible. Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed upon the order being cancelled. You'll receive a confirmation email and within 1-5 banking days the refunded amount will reflect on customer’s bank account. The timeframe for it to reflect changes based on the country and your card provider as each have different processing times.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

Due to COVID-19 processing times could be delayed. Occasionally items might take longer than usual to clear through customs due to COVID-19 policies. However, we provide detailed tracking numbers for all of our orders which will indicate where your order is exactly. We are doing all we can to ensure that your orders get to you as fast as we can, but we know that you, our lovely customers, will understand if there is a bit of a delay whilst we adjust to new ways of working.
